Laptop Adapter can’t replace, my server down

This is a really bad news for me, called from HP and they said my laptop adapter can’t replace, why? it’s because my wire seem like biten or cut off by something. Beside that, my server always hang recently. Today I have to bring back from data center check out what problem is happening.

Dude.. I had the same thing with my laptop too. It’s a Dell, and for some reason, the connector also appeared to be bitten or something. I called up DELL and they sent a new one along.
