let say they promise 99% uptime. So if you use their service forever, and let’s define forever like 50 years if you live long enough, take 1% out of 50 yrs is 6 months… now only down for 1 or 2 of hours. No big deal what!
i am in the 512kilobits or 64 kb download package.
wtf, i only get roughly 15kb, wtf. wtf.
download speed never exceed 48 KB/s
wat the f&$!## hell with those tmnet network employees?
i just hope, somebody who got lots of money and dignity come and bet this fu$&## tmnet corporate down.
tmnet is a shame of malaysia corporate.
watever award u earn, u r still in my shame list
I can’t agree more TMNet is not doing well recently. Now, my uploading speed is less than 8KB/s. Sigh …
By the way, unless they guarantee 99.8% or above, downtime of 1 hour/month is within the guarantee. Usually, the user should be responsible to ask for the refund, TMNet won’t be paying the compensation to the user automatically.
Good lah, you mentioned about TM data centre. I have suspected all along on their reliability. There are a nbr of times, I was tempted to use netmyne or hosters who rely on TM data centre.
That’s why I’m recommending hosters either from the US or the UK.
