Good news for beginner who like to build a personal website with free tool. Google offers a new service named Google Page Creator. It’s similar to old time tripod/geocities page builder. There are over 30 templates design you can select for your web page. Also an ajax base what you see what you get page editor. For a beginner, it only takes less than 5 hours to build a decent design web page.

I have built mine, register an account and start build your own website. It’s Free, the only requirement is register a gmail account.
