Please help us to check the user xxxx outbox.
She had sent out 1 email which total up is around 20MB and from outlook the email still stuck at outbox folder.
If the mail also stuck at the mail server, please delete it manually.

After a while
We had tried anything at user place as delete and stop, but the outlook prompt out a message as the email was under sending process.
So we expect that might be the email server also having the same case of stuck.
If can’t do anything then just ignore it.

Vomit blood. He is a SysAdmin/Tech Support/something like that in a company. We are just offering email hosting. But it’s really funny.
