Weng Chun & ICAC
“Weng Chun” has became well known by everyone because of the popular martial art movie “Ip Man”. I am not sure whether this is the main centre, and down stair is the ICAC office, well known anti-corruption agency in HK with NO CONTROL at all from the government.
