Step by step how to enable your SMTP authenticated on Microsoft Outlook.
Go to Tools > Email Accounts
Select View or Change existing email address
Select your email account and click on Change
Click on More Setting
Tick/Check/Select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
