    今天终于完成了为了征服神山而自设的地狱训练
    现在开始终于有好的借口让自己好好的休息一个星期了

    过多几天就要开始一个叫carboh loading的东东了
    c/l的意思就是在一个极度消耗carboh的运动的前几天，狂吃。。。狂吃carboh的东西
    虽然体重没有达到我中所承诺的理想数字，但是还是对这次的神山之旅充满信心
