I got a suggestion.
Draw/Design a notice board to inform people that it is a private parking and state there “Park At Your Own Risk”. If there are still people who does the same thing, get a chain and a lock and chain it at the tayars. When they realize their car is locked, they will go to your office to unchain it. Fine them an amount of RM30 to unlock the chain.
That’s what my uni does to those who does illegap parking and park at staff parking lot.
no, as usual, we will print an A4 notice paper, use UHU gam stick on his windscreen 😛
just wondering… is your office takes up 1 lot of a row of shophouses? if it does, i don’t think you can “say” that the parking space belongs to your office. if i am not mistaken… unless your office is a stand alone office block with fencing boundary, only then can you have private parking spaces. might i suggest that if you want that parking space, come earlier so and “book” it. first come first serve.

It’s a row of shophouses, but in front of every shophouses have their parking, and it can said is belong to our own parking according to DBKL. Last time it was a mamak stall at the place where we park our car now and DBKL ask them to leave because da place is belong to us.
and there is a nice Tour company ground floor, they also have thier own parking in front of their main door.
screw them baby, screw ‘EM!!! These people should be placed in the jungle and live on their own.
